MAIN HOUSE HIGHLIGHTS

The Heart of the Villa

La Valle’s main villa offers approximately 280 m2 (3,000 sq ft) of thoughtfully restored living space across three levels, sleeping up to six guests in three private en-suite bedrooms. The layout combines historical architectural elements — such as original stone walls, terracotta floors, and exposed wood beams — with modern amenities including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Indoor and outdoor common areas provide generous space for dining, entertaining, and relaxing, while panoramic terraces overlook the surrounding Chianti hills and olive groves.

GUEST HOUSE HIGHLIGHTS

An Intimate Tuscan Escape

Just steps from the main villa, the guest house offers approximately 90 m2 (970 sq ft) of private living space across two levels. Ideal for couples, extended family, or guests seeking added privacy, the guest house features a queen bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a cozy dining area with a wood-burning fireplace and air-conditioning, along with a marble-finished bathroom. An internal antique spiral staircase leads to a lower-level, bedroom-style space with two daybeds and a newly created closet in place of the former armoire. The guest house enjoys garden views toward Castello Mugnana.

La Valle carries the memory of centuries — from medieval stonework to 16th-century walls — carefully restored to live on with grace and purpose.
