Main House

A restored 16th-century villa colonica offering 280 m² of elegant living space across three floors. With three en-suite bedrooms, panoramic terraces, and spacious indoor areas, the main villa blends historic character with modern comfort — ideal for families or small groups seeking privacy and style in the heart of Chianti.

3 Bedrooms | 4 Bathrooms | Non-smoking

Living & Dining

The living and dining rooms open gracefully onto a panoramic terrace with seating for twelve, offering sweeping views of cypress trees, olive groves, and undulating green hills.

The Kitchen

The country-style kitchen preserves its rustic soul while offering professional-level functionality. A La Marzocco espresso machine sits on a marble countertop, alongside a large farmhouse table hewn from a centuries-old tree trunk. Modern appliances include a six-burner and griddle range, double ovens, a full fridge and freezer, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, and ample prep space. French doors open onto a flower-adorned terrace with pastoral views.

The Family Room & Library

The stone fireplace in the family room invites cozy afternoons with books, films, or games. A dedicated game table includes a chess set, cards, and board games, while a curated library and Bose sound system enhance the sense of homely indulgence.

Ground Floor Powder Room

A half bath beneath a vaulted stone ceiling features a bespoke stone sink, perfectly echoing the villa’s historic soul.

Master Suite (First Floor)

The master bedroom features a king-size Duxiana mattress, one of the world’s finest for restorative sleep. 17th and 18th-century French chandeliers cast a soft glow, while the fireplace adds intimacy in cooler months. The en-suite bathroom offers a two-person steam shower, porcelain soaking tub, bidet, WC, and elegant marble surfaces. A French sitting area — two chairs and a footrest — provides a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening reading.

Guest Bedroom (First Floor)

This serene room includes a queen-size bed, antique chest of drawers, and writing desk. A precious 18th-century “marriage armoire” — a traditional wedding gift in French culture — adds romantic character. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, chandelier lighting, and generous built-in storage.

Tower Bedroom (Second Floor)

Located in the original guard tower, this charming room offers two single beds (convertible to a queen on request), a writing desk, and views of nearby castles. The en-suite includes a shower, bidet, and WC. It’s a peaceful retreat touched by centuries of history.
